The other day, I happened to find a video of the Karate day dedication performance, so when I was watching it, there was a performance of Shirotaru(White Barrel) no Kon. It was introduced that "a technique called naginata swing is incorporated everywhere."

It was true that the Shirotaru no Kon had a slightly different taste from other Kata of Bo-Jutsu, but I thought that was the case. For the time being, let's practice assuming a spear or naginata.
By the way, the Shirotaru that the author knows is based on "Karate-do-Give it to an expert" and is affiliated with the Shotokai.

Only 1000 books have been published and are not for sale, so there is no choice but to search the library.
If I look closely at the kata introduced in the dedication performance, I may think, "Oh, that's right", but it seems that the composition is different from the Shirotaru that I know. I have no choice but to believe what is written in the textbook, but what is correct?
