ナイハンチ(22)―中国拳法の動作に基づく解釈/Naihanchi (22) -Interpretation based on the motion of Chinese martial arts

 何となくyoutubeを見ていたら以下の動画を見つけた。引用されているスレは無視するとして、14‘00“頃からナイハンチを素にした中国拳法の動作の解説がある。

 突き手に体重を乗せる、場合によってはそのまま体当たりをする、と言う解釈は筆者も共感できる。

細かい点で筆者は、最初の踏み込みは抜塞同様、遠間から相手の懐への踏み込み動作、そして次の猿臂はさらに一歩踏み込んでも良いが、既に相手の懐に踏み込んでいるのでそのままでも届く位置関係と思っている。振り返り・下段払いは後方の相手を想定したものではない。そんな好都合な相手はいない。ただ、鉤突きを振り突きと捉えているのは興味深かった。波返し後の小手受け・内受けは攻撃動作、または捕まえた相手に足払いして体勢を崩す動作と思っているので(勿論、受けと捉えても良いが)、筆者もここは上体だけの動作とならないように波返しの足の着地と上体の動作が一致するように/上体に自分の体重を掛けられるように意識しており、体重の掛け方は参考になった。“金鶏独立”と同動作との解説も興味深かった。

 以前書いたように、中国拳法にあまり深入りするつもりはないが、こういった観点で関連性を考えているのは面白かった。

 ちなみに別案件であるが、下記動画はナイハンチの波返しの部分を組手で実演して見せている。“金鶏独立”の解釈とは異なるが、こちらの方が筆者の解釈に近い。参考まで。

The author can sympathize with the interpretation that the weight is put on the thruster, and in some cases, the body is struck as it is.

It was also interesting to explain that it works the same as "Kin-kei Dokritsu(Golden-chicken Independence)".

As I wrote before, I don't intend to go too deep into Chinese martial arts, but it was interesting to think about the relevance from this point of view.

By the way, although it is a separate project, the following video shows the wave-foot part of Naihanchi by demonstrating it with kumite. Although it is different from the interpretation of "Golden-chichen Independence", this is closer to the author's interpretation. for your information.
