何年か前、ナイハンチの原型を捜していた時、このような動画を見つけた。

タイトルにTachimuraとあるが、当時は意味が判らなかった。ただ、何か惹かれるものがあった。
しばらくして、岸本手として以下の動画を見つけた。

前者はナイハンチの挙動が一回多いのと、歩法がちょっと違うが、ほぼ同じ型だろう。そして、武村というのは岸本祖孝先生の師匠のようである。
玄制流の伝系を考えれば、これが玄制流のナイハンチの原型である可能性が高い。以来、これも練習を続けている。

In the former, the motion of Naihanchi is once more, and the gait is a little different, but it is almost the same kata. And Tachimura seems to be the teacher of Professor Soko Kishimoto.
Considering the Genseiryu tradition, this is likely to be the prototype of the Genseiryu's Naihanchi. I've been practicing since then.
